Photoshop CC Prices

Question

I have an Adobe team account I manage for a medium sized business. I'm trying to purchase a new Photoshop CC license, but I'm confused on the price. In the team management page, i have the option to add a new Photoshop CC license for $30/mo. However, the Photoshop store page shows it is only $20/mo to purchase the "single app", and only $10/mo for the "photography plan", which includes Photoshop CC.

What am i missing?
