Photoshop CC Subscription not recognized

Hey Community

Early this afternoon I activated the 3 months Creative Cloud Phot-Subscription that came with my new Surface Book 2, running latest win 10 version. However, when I try to start Photoshop CC it tells me that there was no subscription for this program on my account and it only offers me to start a 7 day trial. In the Creative Cloud desktop app it lists Photoshop as "My App", on the website it lists my subscription as well. I already tried reinstalling Photoshop. Other apps work just fine.
