Photoshop cc upgrades will not complete

Good Afternoon,

I have been trying to download the latest Photoshop cc u[grade and it hangs at 5%.  Is anyone aware of issues with the upgrade.  I am running Mac OS 10.12.6.

    Steve, I am sorry but I do not understand.  What is the Log creator?

    Different log files are created as part of the download, install, and activation process for Adobe applications.  You can find the location of those files at Creative Cloud download and install errors .   You are welcome to post any specific errors you locate from the log file to this discussion.

    If it is a downloading issue, rather than an installation issue, try a different browser.

    Don't think it is the browser as I was working from the Adobe Creative Cloud menu and not a browser.

    Steve, sorry to hear that the update for Photoshop CC is not downloading.  Do you ever receive any specific error messages? If not, then please check the install log to locate the error that is preventing the update from occurring.  You can find details on how to check the install log at Creative Cloud download and install errors .

    Well interestingly I downloaded the log creator but when I try to install it it fails to respond.  Not sure what the next step would be.
