Photoshop CC V 20.0.1 Isn't Opening on Mac

Hello,

I have a deadline tonight and need to use photoshop to create something. However, the app isn't opening from my desktop or from the creative cloud. I am on a Mac Mojave version 10.14.1. Similar posts are saying to hold down shift and open Ps at the same time, but this is not working.

Also, the customer service line is not picking up and I need this resolved right now. Please help!!
