Photoshop CC will not download

I had Photoshop CC on my home computer.  That computer has died.  I want to download and use PSCC on my new laptop, but it will not download, pr give me any indication why not.

Without proper system information and a better explanation of what you actually do and what doesn't work nobody can help you. Just saying that it doesn't work is not in any way useful.
