Photoshop CC will not load

I spent three hours with two different tech reps yesterday and Photoshop CC still will not load. Error 37, "Installation failed. The download appears corrupted." the reps took control of my computer and many many changes, still, no luck. Will getting a Photoshop CC CD help. I understand Adobe does not like to install CC with a CD, but it is available.

Which Os are you using. Do you have any antivirus installed on your machine. If yes disable it, try downloading and installing again.
