Photoshop cc will only load as a trial. How do I activate it?

I have been through all the suggested actions - host file certificates etc for about six weeks and still no success. what next?

If you have a subscription. Connect to the Internet. Open Photoshop CC and use menu Help>Sign In. Sign into Adobe Cloud with your Adobe UserID that has the subscription. Photoshop CC should Activate.

On signing in, Photoshop cc appears as a trial with the "Sign In Required " panel appearing.

If I click on License this software, I get the request for a "Serial Number" which I don't have.

I have neen through a great many suggestions as to what to do, but I always end up here.

There is no serial # for CC, just your Adobe ID. Try signing out, then signing back in.

My computer is a desktop

OS is windows 8.1 Pro 64 bit

Memory 16 GB

Processor Intel core i7- 3770K CPU @ 3.5 GHz
