Photoshop CC won't open on Mac 10.14

Looking for solution, if any. I've called Adobe twice, on phone for 2 hours for each call, they accessed my computer but couldn't find problem. Was told someone from Adobe would call me back, not holding my breath!

I recently purchased and was able to run Photoshop on the Creative Cloud. A few days ago when I went to open got this error message:

Sorry, Photoshop has encountered an error and needs to close.
You will not be able to use Photoshop at this time. Please contact Customer Support and use the reference code 205 for more information on how to resolve this issue.

When I clicked on Customer Support, took me to a page that doesn't exist. 404.html

I'm running OS 10.14.6 and can open InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Lightroom, all other apps.

Any help greatly appreciated! Happy Thanksgiving!

Cathy

A follow up to my post, JIC someone else is struggling with this same issue. I had to uninstall CC app and Photoshop several times, at least 20! I also saved the dmg files to an external hard drive. After sending reports to Adobe support, I was told my logs showed errors at installation. Very frustrating but everything working as expected.
