Hi, I cannot access the version of PS cc 2018 on my m MP-Pro (early 2009) running on El Capitan, which is the latest version availble for the processor. I am paying for CC (lightroom and photoshop and bridge),

how can i get it back to work?

any help greatly appreciated.

thanks

I surprised that it works. El Cap is from 2015 and long since unsupported by Apple or Adobe.

Catalina is the oldest OS still supported. You may just be out of luck, I would be looking seriously at replacing that computer. You can get a current Apple portable for under US$1000 that will run circles around that old MBP.

Thank you for your thorough reply Carol. Photoshop cc2018 would run and has been running without problem only until it said that the trial has expired when opening the application. I have done all you have suggested and also deleted and reinstalled photoshop cc2018 and even 2017. Both of which show Trial Expired... any other suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks

(carol was a spammer.  she's been nuked.)

start here - https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html

if that fails, proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

below are solutions some users reported:

if those all fail, change your cc language. eg, try international english - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-trial-mode.html

if that fails, change the install location

just to say: it was working until last week. It always said Trial Expired, when logging in, but opened anyway. Not anymore. I also did log in and out and back into my CC account. no avail.

check your account, https://account.adobe.com

if that shows a current subscription, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

I did that. A few times. Unfortunately it still shows that trial expired. What else can I do?
