HI can i use a windows cs 5 photoshop be converted to mac ps cs5? No interested in upgrade to ps cs 6

If you stick with CS5 you'll have to run it in a Windows virtual environment (using Bootcamp or Parallels or similar).

Otherwise your options are to upgrade to CS6 for Mac or join the Cloud.
