Photoshop CS3 and Illustrator [CS3 is dead]

Hi I have purchased Photoshop CS3 and Illustrator more then 10 years ago, can I still access these? I dont have them downloaded anywhere that I can access

No. CS3 is officially dead. Even if you could access a downloader which you can't, you can never activate it. The activation servers were retired long ago.

Creative Suite is no longer legally sold by any vendor, retailer or country.
