Photoshop CS3 keeps failing to download

I'm using the DVD provided. It downloads the shared components like Bridge and Stock Photos but fails to download Photoshop itself.

CS3 is a very old product and is not tested with Win 8. Please find the tech specs to install CS3: http://prodesigntools.com/download-adobe-cs4-and-cs3-free-trials-here. html however you may enable hidden admin: http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/9650-built-administrator-account-enable-disable-windows-8-a.html and try installing from there.

Thanks for the reply. I downloaded the direct link and followed the instructions but it still gave me the same result.

I am pretty sure I meet the minimum requirements...
Intel Core i5

6GB Memorry

750G + 24G(SSD) for Hard-disc space...
