Photoshop CS4 Error 150:30

I had my hard drive replaced in my mac and when I hookup up time mating I'm having trouble with my photoshop cs4 working.  It's giving me Error 150:30  Not sure what to do.

    Kim Stahnke did you install the software on the replacement hard drive or copy/migrate the application and licensing files?
