you must download the installation file that exactly matches your serial number.  prodesigntools.com downloads are for the individual north american (and western europe - thanks @AxelMatt ) versions, only.  other serial numbers will be reported as invalid (for that download).

your serial number consists of 6 groups of 4 numbers.   there are several possible ways to find/recover an adobe serial number.

1. search purchased materials: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/find-serial-number.html

2. you can check your account (if you purchased from or registered with adobe AND you remember the adobe id used to purchase/register), https://accounts.adobe.com

3. if your adobe program is installed on another computer you can recover its serial number from that computer,

I'll recommend to save the download files on an USB stick, hard drive or CD/DVD, but it isn't sure how long these links are available.

You would need a supporting computer, valid serial number and previously purchased license.  CS5 and CS6 are on life support.  Nobody knows how much longer they will be available.

Log-in to your online account.  If it's still available, you should see a download link.

If you're using Windows 11, it might be best to get modern software.  10+ year old software isn't guaranteed to work on new OSs.
