Photoshop Cs5 not downloading - file damaged or corrupt.

So, I have an old Windows laptop that I had a full version of Photoshop CS5 Extended installed on. I recently bought a new Mac laptop, and would like to move my softwares. However, when I tried to install CS5 from this page - Download Adobe Creative Suite 5 products - I received a message saying that the file was damaged or corrupt and I had to eject the disk file. Please help me with this, as I need my software to work as soon as possible. This is annoying and I would appreciate any help.

OPTION 1:  Get Parallels virtual machine for your Mac (cost is 80 Euros/year) and install Win10 on Parallels.

 

OPTION 2:  Get a Creative Cloud subscription which allows you to run on either Win / Mac or both. 😘

You don't put diesel in a gasoline car, and you can't install Windows programs on a Mac... unless you wish to install an "emulator" on your Mac to run Windows programs

Even if you do download a Mac version, your Windows serial number will not work, and CS5 is too old for Adobe to do a platform swap

You may buy CS6 and use your CS5 for upgrade pricing - Link to buy CS6 via telephone http://www.adobe.com/products/cs6.html
