The computer is not connected to the Internet,

Operating system - Windows 10

After offline activation, the serial number verification window appears (for which 32767 days are allotted) and the program does not start.

I don't think that offline activation is allowed any longer.

if that fails, properly uninstall, connect to the internet, reinstall and activate.
