Photoshop CS6 Download issues

I've recently had to completely wipe my computer due to Windows being corrupt and when I went to install my version of Photoshop again (It's 5 years old) it told me my serial number was invalid. I know for certain that 1) this computer shouldn't count as a third installation of the program and 2) I still have one additional installation left on my purchase that I haven't used, so even if it did count towards my third use it should still be available. I have my registration code and I'm just feeling very frustrated that it's not allowing me to reinstall as I paid $700 for it and... this just doesn't seem fair.

I really appreciate anyone's help in solving this issue.

RonnieEmber to add to PeruBob and John's response you can also register your serial number to verify that it is valid.  I reviewed the account you used to post to this public Internet forum but there are no software titles registered under that account.

For complete information on how to register the Photoshop CS6 serial number see Find your serial number .  If the serial is not accepted then it is likely the serial number is not valid.  If this is the case then please see PeruBob's post in message #3 for additional steps you can take to gain access to Adobe licensed software.

What is the exact error?

Is it saying the license is "invalid", "revoked", or "activation limit reached"?

Also, is your Photoshop the Full Version or the Upgrade Version?

"The serial number you entered is invalid. Please try again. If the problem persists, contact Customer Support."

How do I check to see if it's the Full Version of the Upgrade version? I'm fairly certain it's the Full Version but am uncertain.
