Photoshop CS6 downloaded but cannot open

Hello Adobe Community,

I have downloaded the Adobe Photoshop CS6 and it is installed. However, when I double click to launch the software it cannot be opened and showing an error message.

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

    that appears to be an illegal port of an adobe program and should be reported, Adobe Genuine Software - Report Counterfeit or Non-Genuine Software

    Adobe stopped selling CS6 over a year ago, so there is no legal place to buy CS6
