Photoshop CS6 extended trial problem

When I try to open photoshop CS6 I am prompted for a fee 30 trial of CS6 extended. I don't want or need the trial. When I close the dialog it quits photoshop?

I have recently upgraded to Windows 10 but Photoshop was working after the upgrade.

Do I have to enter the 30 day trial so as to use Photoshop?
