Photoshop CS6 Serial Number validation

During installation I receive a message - "Please connect to the Internet and retry".  I am connected.  I have closed my Kaspersky software and Firewall.  I purchased the programme from iSoftware .co.uk online and they sent me the serial number.

    Thank you for that.  I used the offline activation and it worked.  However, when I then attempted to update my profile by adding the new Photoshop software, it said that the serial number was invalid.  Help!
