Where to I find the trial version to download whilst awaiting my serial number? I have looked everywhere and I cannot find it.

    If you have already submitted your proof of purchase I would not be concerned.  You will be able to use the software in trial mode for up to 30 days.  The eligibility process should still be complete within 7 to 10 business days at the latest.  You can find more information in our Education FAQ at Education FAQ - http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/education-faq.html.

    JCrew which reseller did you purchase your copy of Photoshop CS6 Student and Teacher Edition from?

    Thanks Jeff. I bought it from Dick Smith computer store Penrith NSW. 

    I down loaded Photoshop 12 as a trial while waiting for my serial no. I submitted a copy of my uni enrollment confirmation as proof. I will try down loading it from the link you have provided. Will I need to uninstall the version 12 first?

    Thanks Josh for the update.  No need to uninstall Photoshop Elements or Premiere Elements 12 as they are separate applications.  I would also recommend that you use your EDU e-mail address when submitting your proof of purchase.  This often helps expedite the approval process.
