Photoshop disappeared

I tried to update Photoshop version, I probably had a bug with the network and it got stuck towards the end (error 145)
Now, I do not have a Photoshop app in the apps panel (only photoshop that is also mobile-optimized)
How can I get it back?

now I get it
There have always been two different icons for desktop and mobile versions
Probably the 2020 version has been consolidated
