I want to download Photoshop free trial but error message says 'does not meet system requirements' but I think I do meet the requirements. please help!

I have the same issue. What do i need to update to? This is my device system info.

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7660U CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz

Installed RAM 16.0 GB

System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Pen and touch Pen and touch support with 10 touch points

Edition Windows 10 Pro

Version 22H2

Installed on ‎9/‎9/‎2020

Feature update 22h2 installed on 11/17/2022

so since this isnt enough, what for windows 10 update does meet the minimum requirements forn adobe illustrator and to update photoshop ive already got installed on my surface pro 5th?
