Photoshop downloading stop at 42 percent

When downloading Photoshop from the cloud 0-41 it says loading. At 41 it is extracting. At 42 percent it starts loading agian but stops after few minutes and I get a message Please Close......  There are two buttons Cancelation and Retry.  I have puched retry several times nothing happens and the message comes back. I have retride from start 4 times now. The same result.  What to do? Peter
