Question

Photoshop Elements 10 file on Adobe site won't install

I have a new MacBook Air that I need to install my Photoshop Elements 10 disk on.  Problem is, there's no disk drive, because it's AIR.  So I want to download the trial version and enter my license info.  But the file on the Adobe website is not recognizable for some reason. I've tried numerous times over a period of days.  Help!

Yes.  That is the exact link I'm using.  The file that downloads is PhotoshopElements_10_WWEFDJ.dmg  but when I try to install it, I get an error message that says it isn't recognizable.

Hi Myabundantlife,

Please navigate to system perferences > security and allow the download & installation to take place from Anywhere .

By default on Mac's, it doesnt allow the product to get installed if its downloaded from an unkown source or not from Itunes and hence you get the above mentioned error message.

Cheers,
