    Hi,

Can you please confirm whether the volume on which you are installing Photoshop Elements is Case Sensitive or Case In-Sensitive? To find this out you will need to perform the following steps:

    1. Launch /Applications/Utilities/Disk Utility.app

    2. Click on the Disk from the left panel (Not the Partition)

    3. Click on the Partition Tab

    4. Check the text that is written in the Format Tab. Is it Mac OS Extended (Case-sensitive, Journaled)?

If it is Case-sensitive, Journaled, then you will have to make this volume as Case-Insensitive by selecting Mac OS Extended (Journaled) as PSE is currently not supported on case sensitive volumes.

    Thanks,

    Tarun

    Hey Tarun,

    Yes... it's case-sensitive. I can't tell if it's journaled. I'm not able to

switch the way my partition is right now. In a near future I'll do it and

    reply back to this thread.

    Thank you very much...
