photoshop elements 11

When i insert my new Photoshop Elements 11 into my computer, nothing happens.  I cant figure out what is wrong.  I thought it should come up and run automatically.

    Autoplay has been disabled by default for some time on Windows.  Mac OS has also not had a feature like this available.  Which operating system are you using specifically?  Have you tried browsing to the disc and running the installer manually?
