Photoshop Elements 11 CD software

I have been using the PSE11 software for a few years now.  I had to do a factory reboot of my laptop and I cannot get the PSE 11 CD software to work and a friend who is an IT person couldn't get it to work, either.  Can I get online to get it downloaded to my computer using my Key Code? What is the solution?   ~  Tam

As you have described, you had Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 and now after factory reboot of your laptop you would like to reinstall it.  And the DVD that you had for the same isn't working.

    I have almost identical problem, had to do my own reinstall of W10 on desktop. atm I cannot find misplaced PSE 11 disc but have license ##.

    When I use above link the file is quite small ~1.2 MB and when I try to use it get:

    "The archive file part of [PSE 11] is missing. You need all parts in the same folder to extract [PSE 11]. Please download all parts".

    I am quite sure I did the complete dl, that's what ff said.

    Is dl of pse 11 in fact available? If not, what is it I did DL??

    PS I first was led into PS 2018 DL after checking box for "have an older version of PSE". Then aborted that bc I had been given no other options, and realized I would in fact be installing PSE 2018. Yes? No? I do not want a diff prog,, especially if I have to buy it. I must say, presentation of choices far from optimal.

    I have the same problem, my pc says a file is missing. 

    What can I do?
