Photoshop Elements 12 Deactivation

I will shortly be taking delivery of a new computer and will want to transfer my Photoshop Elements 12 to it. I assume this means I will need to deactivate it from my current machine, but I can't work out how to do this. I saw a thread that talked about a Deactivate option on the Help menu, but I don't have that (even when the program is freshly started and no files open). I'd be grateful for any suggestions.
