Photoshop elements 12 - reinstall to my new machine

Hi,

I bought ps elements 12 a couple of years back. It was always very slow working on my old mac so I couldn't really use it and now I have a new machine I'd like to re-install PS elements (- I understood that it's fine to install twice for personal use). I can't work out to do this. Is it possible without me having to buy new software? Seems like it should be simple. I have the original serial number...
