Photoshop Elements 13 and Premiere, Mac , Purchased and says invalid codes??

Question

Hi, I just purchased the bundle for PSE13 and Premiere and when I went to download it there was no option for the mac, it just talks about 64 bit etc, so i downloaded the trial versions for mac and went to put in my purchased codes and both applications say that I have invalid codes. Would I have purchased the wrong bundle by accident?

Also I tried chat and it says no one is available now, are they offline for a few days over the Christmas period?

you should have purchased serial numbers.

if you have those, just download the correct programs using the below links.
