Photoshop Elements 14 serial number too short

Hello,

I buy Photoshop Elements 14 at a Distributor.

I get the Serial number with the bill, but this is too short, only 16 not 24 Long.

Please could you give me help to registrate the full Version.

    Sorry, no redemption code, is not an Alpha numeric code, only numeric but not Long enough

    Adobe sells in the thousands to licensed vendors, so there is absolutely no way for Adobe to know which serial number should come with what you bought
