Photoshop Elements 14 won't install

I'm attempting to install PSE14 on my Mac, and I'm receiving a message that I need to contact the developer? And phone/chat support isn't available after two years on products? This is pretty surprising, and frustrating.

If you're running macOS Catalina, Big Sur or Monterey then PSE 14 cannot be installed on those operating systems.

If you are running one of those operating systems then you'll have to pay to upgrade to the current version Elements 2022.
