Photoshop Elements 15 update (version 15.2) how do I get it?

Trying to Install Elements 15 on an iMac.

It  quits seconds after loading.

Messages lead me to an update page of fixes, which appear to be links.

When I click on Photoshop Elements 15 update (version 15.2) nothing happens.

What am I doing  wrong?

Thanks

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it continues to fail try using a different browser.

    Hello

I only have one browser. Why is it always so difficult to get anything Adobe.? (I know they have tight security and all. )It is the only site that I have this trouble with. I bought Elements on their site as they told me that was the only place to get legit Adobe software. OK I did that. But now I cannot access where to get the darn updater????????

I cannot find anywhere that I can click  on the "button" to get the updater. It is the only company and site that I have such trouble with. I had Adobe PS 3 way back when, and never had an issue with it. When I contacted them back then, all was resolved very quickly. Now I just keep going round and round in circles and All I wanted was to download the new free updater and I cannot find where to download it??????

    Please advise.

    Thanks!
