PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS 2018 & PREMIERE ELEMENTS 2018

Bonjour,

je viens de remplacer mon PC (Windows 10) sur lequel etait installés "Photoshop Eléments 2018 & Première Eléments 2018" par un Mac mini sur lequel je voulais réinstaller Photoshop 2018 qui me convient et me suffit. J'ai ajouté à mon mac un lecteur CD pour utiliser mes CD d'installation que j avais achetés en magasin avec une licence perpetuelle. L'icone du CD apparait mais l installation ne se lance pas. Est-ce qu'une personne aurait une solution ? 

En sachant que je ne veux pas prendre d'abonnement mensuel car mon usage est dans le cadre du loisir et ponctuel.

    I believe the reason Photoshop Elements 2018 won't install if using the correct Mac installer files is pse 2018 uses a 32 bit installer which won't run on newer Mac operatings systems after macOS Catalina 10.15 because Apple removed the ability to run 32 bit apps on those systems.

      You didn't say wahat macOS your Mac Mini has , but if it's a new Mac Mini then Photoshop Elements 2024 and Premiere Elements 2-24 should work just fine.

        oui oui, j'ai bien prété attention à cela.....mais comme toute erreur d'inatention est possible je vais rééssayer une dernière fois avant de contacter Adobe

        i'm not sure you'll get help from them, but you can try (probably twitter/x).  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

        chat:
        use a browser that allows popups and cookies
        and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
        in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
        be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

        p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

          You may need to install the Creative Cloud application before installing Photoshop Elements:
          https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

          I had to install it to be able to install PSE 2018 on Windows 10.

            De mon coté, l'installation sur mon pc en windows 10 s etait bien dérouléé. Mais je note l'idée.

            Il faudrait que tu demandes au service client d'Adobe ou au magasin qui te l'a vendu. Ici on est juste des utilisateurs qui essayent de s'entraider.

            Mais avec les systèmes dobsolescence programmée, de moins en moins de logiciels anciens peuvent fonctionner avec les nouveaux systèmes d'exploitation. C'est une course en avant pour nous contraindre à nous abonner…

            Il faudrait voir si tu ne peux pas télécharger la version Cloud d'essai et ensuite entrer ton numéro de licence, mais pas certain que ça marche.

            Du coup si tu n'utilises que pour un usage personnel et récréatif, tu peux te tourner vers des solutions alternatives comme par exemple Adobe Express en ligne qui a un éditeur d'images intégré et qui est accessible gratuitement avec un compte Adobe (facile à prendre)

            SInon il y a aussi un logiciel qui fait la même chose avec une licence perpétuelle sans abonnement et qui s'appelle Affinity Photo et qui coute dans les 80€ une fois pour toutes… jusqu'à ce qu'ils décident autrement évidemment 😉

            Et puis il y a aussi d'autres soluces mais elles ne sont pas forcément très légales ni très sûres… donc à mon avis à éviter.

              Merci d avoir pris le temps de me répondre, je vais certainement aller étudier l idée d'Affinity Photo que je connais un peu également pour l'avoir installé sur mon Ipad. (au cas ou, je vais aussi essayer de contacter Adobe)
