photoshop elements 2019 for Mac

I have installed this product but whenever I click on the editor to open it, the wheel spins for a while and says opening workspace but then stops and nothing opens. I have installed, removed and reinstalled, both from online and a disk. .I cannot use the program and can't find a number to call for support. I would like to get this to work instead of returning the product. Thanks
