Photoshop Elements 2019 to new computer

Hi,

Trying to install/move my PE 2019 to new (Win 11) laptop. I have the disc, I have the 25 character code but there is no setup.exe file on the disc. Can't find a solution anywhere and hope someone can help.

Does your new Laptop have an optical disk reader for installing a 6-year-old app?

Most new devices don't have disk readers anymore, except by special order or purchasing an external one.

If you purchased your software directly from Adobe, you might find a downloadable installer in your online account.

the serial number consists of 6 groups of 4 numbers.

discs have an autorun file. that calls setup.
