My MacBook Pro went in for repair, and everything was erased on it.

I'm trying to insall Photoshop Elements 2020 back on my now repaired laptop.

It won't let me use the same serial number.

Help, thanx.

do you see an excess activation count message?

 

if so, and you purchased from, or registered with adobe, check your account (used to purchase/register) to reset your pse 2020 activation count, https://account.adobe.com

 

update this thread, esp if you saw a different error message or need to contact adobe support because pse 2020 activated devices are not listed in your account.
