Photoshop Elements 2020 and OSX 10.15 Catalina. impossible to enter my licence number

Good Morning

I was under Mojave with Photosop Elements 2019, I upgraded my OS to 10.15 Catalina, and Elements 2019 refused to start again.

So, I upgraded my Photoshop Elements to 2020, 10.15 compatible... I paid 81euros more to upgrade...and now the licence number provided after payment cannot be entered, the software is asking for the number and as soon as trying to type the firt digit, I am rejected with "this licence is not valid..." mentioned.

 

PS: I am not using the exchange code but the Adobe provided licence's number

 

What do I do ?
