Photoshop elements 2020 not starting

I downloaded Photoshop and Premier 2020 elements, registered them and the install went fine. When I click the shortcut, the intro screen comes up and when I click the Blue Photo Editor button, I get the loading symbol for 1 minute then it stops and nothing happens. I tried redownloading and installing the program again;  same issue. Premier Elements works just fine and Photoshop works fine on my home computer. Am not running both copies at once.

Any Ideas?

Just totally uninstalled and reinstalled the software and it works fine so it was an installation error though there were no error messages generated.

What is your home computer, and what is the "unknown" computer that does not work?

What is different?

IF WINDOWS

Do not count on Windows to be fully up to date when it comes to device drivers
Go to the vendor site to be sure you have an updated driver for your graphic adapter
nVidia Driver Downloads http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

If you have a laptop you MAY also need to check for a laptop specific nVidia driver
ATI Driver https://www.amd.com/en/support
Intel https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/211969/Intel-HD-Graphics-Family
There are also intermittent reports that the newest driver is not always the best driver due to driver bugs or compatibility issues, so you MAY need to try an earlier driver version

Thanks for the feedback. Both computers are Dell Win 10 desktop machines I5
and I7. 6 months old each. The home computer has a basic video card and the
Dell I7 that is having the issues has no video card. All other applications
are working fine and since the Premier Elements is working fine, I am not
sure it seems to be more of a software issue.

>Dell I7 that is having the issues has no video card

That would SEEM to indicate...

A - there is an Intel 'chip' on the motherboard for video

or

B - video is provided through the CPU

Since I build my own, I know nothing about Dell hardware
