Update bleibt bei 85% hängen, FEHLERMELDUNG 11; Mehrere Neuinstallationen,

gleiche Meldung-Bitte Installieren sie die Software neu Fehler 11, Bin am Durchdrehen.

Mein Betriebssystem ist aktuell, habe nach jeder Deinstallation einen Neustart gemacht, alles ohne Erfolg.

Elements 2021 lässt sich nicht mehr öffnen und nicht mehr fertig Installieren - immer erhalte ich die Meldung - Bitte Installieren sie die Software neu! Fehler 11

Elements 2018 auf dem selben PC läuft normal.

Do you logged in as an Adminstrator or an user with Admin rights durin you install the update?

Do you have running any protection and/or security programs (like Internet security or virus scanner etc.) ?

If yes please deactivate this software during the installation?

Try to create a new user account with Admin rights on your machine and try the update again.

Uninstall all Adobe software, run the Adobe Cleaner Tool and reboot your PC. Don't skip this!!

Then reinstall Adobe Elements.

My System: Intel i7-8700K - 64GB RAM - NVidia Geforce RTX 3060 - Windows 11 Pro 25H2 -- LR-Classic 15 - Photoshop 27 - Nik Collection 8 - PureRAW 5 - Topaz Photo
