Photoshop Elements 2021 will not install [on Windows 11]

Attemp[ting to install PSE 2021 on windows 11.  Installer hangs at installing 0%. Installer is being run as admin. The only way to clear the installer window is to alt tab and kill the process.

Please read the system requirements again.  PSE 2021 is certified to run on Win10 with latest updates but not Win11.

You need to send a report to Microsoft so they may fix Windows 11 before it is officially released 'some time' this fall

Windows 11 itself is still a work in progress. I would not, at this time, expect W11 to install and run programs flawlessly.

Windows 11 will not be officially released until later this year, so it is not a surprise that a beta version has problems
