Photoshop elements 9 ejects disk when I attempt to install.

I have Win 7 64 bit computer that meets Photoshop specifications.

When I insert the DVD install disk, it ejects the disk when I double click to open and install.

help appreciated

Perhaps Adobe should let me download the program from their site?
