Photoshop Elements did not transfer to new computer
My Photoshop Elements 13 did not transfer over to new computer. Old computer is not available anymore. How can I reload my version without a CD drive? Can someone from Adobe assist?

Use an external disc drive or copy the disc files to a flash drive on another computer that has a disc drive.
If you registered it with Adobe, you can go to your account for a download link.
