photoshop elements install

Question

I am trying to reinstall my Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 onto my computer after I installed a new SSD.

I registered this with you in 2017 I have the serial number. However when I try to install it A window comes up with ‘I have Purchased Install’ when I click on this it says that I must sign in. When signed in I get welcome to your account with no sign of Photo shop installation. HELP!

You realize, Elements 15 is 10-year-old legacy software. It was built to run on older operating systems:

Win7 with Service Pack 1, or Win8 with Win10.
Mac OS X v10.9, or v10.10

Do you have your original installation disk or download that you received at purchase?

If you don't, you might be able to recover an installer from your Online Account below.
