Photoshop Elements installer

Hello,

I have Adobe Photoshop Elements 8 (Kit Wacom Bamboo Fun Pen & Touch), serial number xxxxxxxxx
Yesterday I fell down the stairs and destroyed my computer. I have a new computer and I want to install the program, but do not know how to do it (no CD-ROM included). Please help me.

    Follow the Very important instruction section or else the download will not start.
