Photoshop Elements lost after a system crash

I purchased Elements in late 2011 and was using it until recently when my system crashed and I had to reinstall Windows.   Do I need to purchase Elements again or is my serial number from the original purchase still valid if I want to download Elements again and re-install it?

    Your serial number from the original purchase is still valid and you can redownload Elements again and use it.

    What version of Photoshop Elements software are you using?
