Photoshop Elements & Premiere Elements 14 on Windows 10 Installation Issues

I purchased Photoshop Elements & Premiere Elements 14 (Student and Teacher Addition), and am trying to install it on my Windows 10 PC. When I try to run the set-up.exe file it tells me there is an error initializing, possibly because of a missing file. I have just started the process, and only downloaded. I didn't make it very far, oops.

Please use the downloaded file or download a new one from here: Download Photoshop Elements | 14, 13, 12, 11, 10

After downloading .7z file , first you need to extract it and only then run the setup, if you'll directly run the setup it will not install.

You can use WIN RAR to extract the 7z file :

WINDOWS : http://www.rarlab.com/rar/winrar-x64-531.exe
