Photoshop Elements will not Download

I am trying to reinstal Photshop Elements 18 but it is version 20 that gets downloaded and my serial number will not work.

    save the install file. it won't remain online.

    Your serial number is good for version 18. If you want to instal a later version, you will need to buy the upgrade. It may be worth to upgrade as there are multiple new functionalities built in.
