The rest of the message says...The code execution cannot proceed because mscms.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.
I have tried to Reinstall a few times with no success.
Any help with be greatly appreciated!
That is a Microsoft problem, so you need a Microsoft solution
Go to the Search bar at the top of http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/ to find and re-install the C runtime, or for ALL Windows help
